I offer yoga and mindfulness practices that are empowering, collaborative, rooted in science, and relevant to daily life.
Currently pursuing joy, healing justice, and a doctorate in clinical psychology, you can find me facilitating workshops in the New Orleans community and classes in my home studio, between furious dissertation editing sessions. I have a special interest in training yoga teachers to be more trauma-informed and conscious of psychological issues.
I believe the practices of yoga and mindfulness, if grounded in the framework of healing justice, can empower us to engage more skillfully and intentionally with the systems around us, as well as provide a source of refuge in stressful times.
